We verify this with copies of paystubs and verification from employers. We do an extensive background check. We use Doxpop to check for any court records on prospective tenants. We also do extensive rental history verification. We don’t just take the tenant’s word for it. We look up the tenant's previous addresses and contact previous owners for feedback on what type of tenant they were.
