Step 1: Find and Tour the Right Home Online
Your leasing journey starts on our website, where you can browse available homes, review rental criteria, explore pet friendly options, and check out our Resident FAQs. When you’re ready to see a home in person, you can schedule a self showing online at a time that works for you. Thanks to our showing partner, RentEngine, you’ll receive a secure access code via text so you can tour the home on your schedule. No coordinating calendars. No waiting around. Just easy, on demand showings.
Step 2: Apply and Get Screened Digitally
Once you find the right fit, the application process is completed entirely online. All applicants are screened the same way in full compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act. Our screening includes background checks, rental history verification, eviction checks, job and income verification, and credit checks. Everything is submitted securely online, keeping the process fair, consistent, and easy to track.
Step 3: Online Approval and Lease Signing
If approved, you’ll receive an email outlining move in costs and instructions to submit a holding fee equal to your damage deposit. This fee reserves the home and gives you ten days to complete the lease steps. Lease signing is done completely online, allowing you to review and sign documents from anywhere. Every form, message, and signature is stored digitally, creating a clear paper trail with no lost paperwork.
Step 4: Move In Without the Stress
Before receiving keys, utilities must be transferred into your name. Once all lease steps are complete, we’ll confirm when you can pick up your keys. After move in, you’ll complete a digital move in inspection within 48 hours so everything is documented from day one.
